ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Eliminate pain, increase strength, and improve performance with your personalized program blending flexibility, mobility, & stability. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re looking to supplement your current training, our online training is written just for you.
Step 1 - I’ll get your history & assess your body head to toe. The movement screen will identify your needs so that we can get the best results in the least amount of time.
Step 2 - I’ll write a personalized program based on your goals. This program will be tailored to the equipment you have available and the number of days and time per day you have to work. You’ll have access to me for any questions or concerns you have as you work through each week. I’ll also assess and give you feedback if you choose to upload your training videos.
Step 3 - Graduate. Continue to work with me towards a new performance goal or take your knowledge and enjoy exploring movement in another capacity.
