I am a licensed Manual Therapist & Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have a variety of experience in bodywork modalities as well as movement practices including weightlifting, yoga, and Crossfit. My focus is to help people live pain free and move better.

I offer in-person sessions as well as online training.Your plan will always be exclusive to your specific goals and will include self-care strategies and education on daily body maintenance.
